Referral/Affiliate Program

1. Program Structure:

a. Commission Rate:

• JTNC offers a fixed commission rate of 10% of the monthly subscriber fee for each successful full price referral. Discounted subscriptions shall not be entitled to a commission.

b. Payout Method:

• Payouts shall be made via PayPal monthly within seven (7) days of month end.

c. Tracking System:

• To track referrals, an Affiliate Dashboard is available for all affiliates once they are approved as an affiliate. The Affiliate Dashboard will track all referrals, clicks, conversions as well as commissions earned and paid.

2. Program Rules and Conditions:

a. Eligibility:

• All existing subscribers and other related firms, influencers, etc. are eligible to participate in this program. To be approved as an affiliate, please contact JTNC at [email protected] to receive a link to JTNC’s affiliate page to register as an affiliate.

b. Valid Referrals:

• A valid referral is only considered valid if the referred subscriber maintains an active account for a minimum of one, full priced, billing cycle.

c. Fraud Prevention:

• JTNC prohibits self-referrals or other unethical practices

3. Marketing Materials:

a. Customizable Assets:

• JTNC Group is happy to work with affiliates to provide customizable marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, and email templates, to make it easier to promote this service. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

b. Brand Guidelines:

• It is imperative that any promotion of JTNC Group services in the public domain adhere to JTNC legal policies as listed at www.JTNCGroup.com . This includes, JTNC Disclaimers, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

4. Tracking and Reporting:

a. Dashboard:

• As this program develops, JTNC will introduce a personalized dashboard for each affiliate to track referrals, commissions earned, and payment status.

b. Reporting:

• In the meantime, monthly reports will be provided by JTNC Group to each affiliate via email.

5. Customer Experience:

a. Seamless Onboarding:

• To ensure you are credited with a referral, please open your Affiliate Dashboard, and provide your referrals with the available links to ensure that the referral process is seamless. Should you determine a referral failed to enter your affiliate code, contact JTNC at [email protected] with the name and email address of the referral and any other valid information so it can be updated in our database.

6. Legal Compliance:

a. Terms and Conditions:

• Referrals will be tracked per billing cycle and payments to affiliates will be made within seven (7) days of the end of a billing cycle but in no event more often than monthly.

• Any referral that cancels this service and obtains a refund from their payment provider shall have any referral fee paid deducted from future payments.

• JTNC Group reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time without notice.

• JTNC Group reserves the right to modify this program without notice. Any modifications shall NOT be retroactive, meaning any referral who continues to subscribe to JTNC services shall earn the affiliate a commission per the terms outlined above.
